nairaCompare Insight

HCI Healthcare's dual-range structure is useful because the Titanium and Citizen plans serve slightly different buyer profiles. The Titanium range is built around network tier and specialist access depth, which suits individuals who want a clear progression of medical benefits. The Citizen range is built around practical, everyday coverage with mortuary benefits included, which reflects a grounded understanding of what many Nigerian families actually need from a health plan.

The Titanium Royal is HCI's most compelling plan from a risk management perspective. Cancer care up to ₦100,000 and full renal dialysis cover are benefits that very few Nigerian HMOs include in their individual retail offering, and the enhanced network with six specialist visits per year and comprehensive annual screening makes this plan a strong candidate for individuals above 40 who want serious coverage.
