About Realty Business Loan

his is a loan-based product that enables promoters/contributors to connect their money with any of our ongoing real estate projects for a stipulated period. At due date, promoters/contributors will be entitled to an agreed amount of proceed.

Requirements for savings

• Two credible guarantors,one guarantor’s cheque is also required for loans above N500,000,Post-dated cheques of Borrower is required for loan exposure of N100,000 and above
• One year bank statement
• Statement of account for a minimum of 6 months and pay slips covering an equivalent period for salary earning borrowers
• Formal Application on letterhead and duly completed loan application form
• Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) of the owner of the property obtained from the State where the property is located.
• Valid ID – Driver’s ID, National ID or International passport.
• Two Individual external guarantors with proper means of identification such as BVN, four (4) passport photographs, Identity Cards and Letter of Intent to guarantee the loan.
• Sources and quotations for Raw Materials expressed in quantity and amount
• Business Plan which includes detailed Profile of the Business Enterprise with Curriculum Vitae of the key Management Staff
