The Stable Income Fund is a specialized open-ended naira-denominated fund specifically designed as an actively managed open-ended Naira denominated unit trust scheme designed to provide investors with stable returns over a medium to long-term period. The main objective is to provide investors with stable returns over a medium to long-term period while preserving and protecting investors’ capital It is a low-risk investment product that invests in a diversified portfolio of assets which aims to provide competitive yield liquidity and safety through a combination of various investments such as Money market securities and short to medium term Fixed income securities issued by Federal and State Governments in Nigeria as well as corporate entities with minimum credit ratings of “BBB” issued by at least one recognized local rating agency registered with the SEC. The fund is particularly ideal for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Qualified Institutional Investors (QII) who are risk-averse and looking to preserve capital while earning a reasonable return on their investment. The Fund is also suitable for investors who are looking to diversify their investment portfolio and add a low-risk fixed income investment to their portfolio.
