About ARM Money Market Fund (MMF)
The ARM Money Market Fund is an open-ended fund, authorized and registered in Nigeria as a Unit Trust Scheme under Section 160 of the Investment and Securities Act 2007. The Fund is regulated by Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). The primary objective of the Fund is to provide a steady stream of income to investors by investing in highquality short-term money market instruments and government securities, which include; Banker’s acceptances, certificates of deposits, commercial papers, Fixed Deposits with eligible financial institutions; Short term debt securities issued or guaranteed by the Government of Nigeria, Other instruments introduced and approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) from time to time, Other money market or fixed income instruments in which the Fund is permittedto invest under the Trust Deed. Benefits "1. Long term income generation. 2. Quarterly interest payments. 3. Competitive interest rates. 4. Quick access to your money. 5. Low Risk Mutual Fund. 6. Suitable for short term or long term investment."
Requirements for savings
- Means of Identification for Directors (International passport, driver’s license, voter’s card, NIN) and their respective recent utility bills
- Proof of address – utility bills for the 3 previous months/ site visitation report/ certificate of residence/ tenancy agreement
- International Passport
- Evidence of payment to the mutual fund account of choice.
- One passport photograph
